Roselena Ramistella's shots, the result of a socio-anthropological research, tell stories of women, men, animals and the invisible harmony that unites them. Her intense portraits lay bare the soul of her subjects and their faces are similar to the landscapes that the photographer crosses during her travels.

Roselena Ramistella, born in Gela in 1982, lives and works in Sicily. She is a Leica Ambassador and lecturer.
Her photographs, published in newspapers such as Corriere della Sera, Io Donna, Repubblica, L’Uomo Vogue, The Guardian, The Times, British Journal of Photography and Vanity Fair, have received national and international recognition. In 2018, she received the Sony Award in the category of Natural World and Wild Life with her Deepland reportage.
Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and throughout Europe.
Roselena Ramistella è nata a Gela nel 1982, vive e lavora in Sicilia. È Ambassador e docente Leica.
Le sue fotografie, pubblicate su testate giornalistiche come Corriere della Sera, Io Donna, Repubblica, L’Uomo Vogue, The Guardian, The Times, British Journal of Photography, Vanity Fair, hanno ricevuto riconoscimenti nazionali e internazionali. Nel 2018 ha vinto il Sony Awards nella categoria Natural World & Wild Life con il reportage Deepland.
Il suo lavoro è stato esposto in numerose mostre personali e collettive in Italia ed Europa.
